Innovations has to do with diversities and that helps learners provide new knowledge and information, expand their thoughts, and prepare them for global citizenship, (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 2009). Diversity is understanding people's present and past would help understand diversity, diversity has moral and ethical values, embracing differences and proper conduct.
Creativity also has an aspect to do with inclusion. Inclusion is not simply dumping kids with disabilities in regular classes; rather, for all forms of diversity, inclusion means new inclusive educational practices (Together we learn better, 2015), not just at the level of the class, but also at the school level and the national level.
