International Jurisdictions Compliance and Accountability Analysis Security Address and Human Rights Demand Perspective

The aim of this study is to explore the venue on the implementation of the International Law bidding, principles and doctrines, including the International Human Rights Law (IHRL) and International Humanitarian Law (IHL) compliance and accountability; to investigate equal rights and impartiality principle in the exercising of the international courts of justice mandates, including the International Criminal Court (ICC) and Universal Court; and to examine how better Peace Support Operations in armed conflict can operate without violating fundamental rights or avoid international crimes. Some none bidding international doctrine will also be discussed, such as Responsibility to Protect (R2P), an international moral obligation on protection of civilian mechanism, as well as assessing the application of Jus Cogens principal, to deter or address the imminent or existing threats to the lives of people. The purpose of the discussion is to determine the implication and the overlapping of international politics over the international law and its implication, with the intent to raise awareness on human rights violations and prerequisite to peace, security and sustainable development. The study will unpack the growing situation of divided world from which the Collective West and the Global South jeopardizes the international law application within international pollical volatile environment, leaving behind gaps and threats to peace and security as per UN Charter. Qualitative, holistic and systemic methods will be used to identify challenges and suggest adequate remedies.
